Pizza Wars ZA

Simple Mills Pizza Dough is where it's at. It seriously has SO MUCH FLAVOR. My husband (who despises anything with the letters GF) said he would rather use the Simple Mills crust over regular crust any day - now that's saying something people! 


WHAT TO BUY

1 cup spinach

1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

2 TBSP EVOO 

Italian Seasonings

1/2 cup Goat Cheese

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup shredded almond "mozz" cheese

HOW YA DO IT

  1. Follow the package instructions for the Simple Mills pizza dough
  2. Brush the pizza crust lightly with EVOO + Italian seasonings. Add a light layer of marinara sauce. Layer the pizza with shredded almond "mozz" cheese + goat cheese and finish off with the veggies on top. 
  3. Bake the pizza according to package directions (I believe another 10 minutes) until it's the crispiness you like.
