Everything (but the grains) Bagel

I'm definitely a fan of these bagels. It's a nice little change from the everyday bagel and it's healthier! You can also make these in various flavors if you will. Blueberry and cinnamon-raisin are both delicious alternatives.

  1. Mix the following in a stand mixer or large bowl until dough forms.
    • 1.5 cups almond flour
    • 1 tbsp coconut flour
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 5 eggs
    • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
    • 1tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp pink sea salt (or regular sea salt is fine)
  2. Spray a pan with coconut oil +  dust the pan with coconut flour (or use a silpat mat)
  3. Pour the dough into a plastic bag and cut off the tip so you can pipe the donuts
  4. Season the bagels to your liking w/the Everything But the Bagel (Trader Joes) seasoning
  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until toothpick or fork comes out clean
