My Go-To Ankle Band Workouts!
#1 - My favorite moves with the band above the knees...
SQUATS w/Band above knees
Hold Squat + Tap Foot Back
Table Top Heel Kicks (90 degree bend at knees) Left then Right
Glute Bridges
Hold Glute Bridge + Pull Knees Apart
Clamshells Left then Right
#2 - My favorite moves with the band around the ankles...
Hold Squat + Tap Foot Back
Plank Hold (wide stance)
+
Plank JACKS (jump feet out/in)
+
Stand up and do jumping jacks w/band at your ankles

You can order these ankle bands at numerous retailers online, BUT I have found that these Dynapro bands hold up really well and they are reasonably priced (you can purchase here). Oh and if they do break you can always get a new one on the cheap!
