I started working with Trish when I was about seven months pregnant with my second child. As any woman who has been pregnant knows, working out at the end of pregnancy isn't exactly the easiest - or most fun- thing to do, but my hope was to feel my best throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, prepare myself and my body for labor (as best I could!), and set myself up for success postpartum. Trish and her program were instrumental in doing this.
