Large Group Strength Class

Up to 10 participants

Tuesday-Thursday | 9:15–10:15 AM

All fitness levels welcome


Option 2: Small Group Training

Personalized coaching in a small group setting

2:1, 3:1, or 4:1 training options

More individualized than a class

Accountability + coaching at a lower investment than private training


Option 3: Private session

1-on-1 Personal Training
