Step 1: Assess
I will come to your home to assess where you are in your journey. I will teach you how to BREATHE, KEEP FORM, and MOVE CORRECTLY. This will help me create a plan to fit your exact needs.
Step 2: Set Goals
After the assessment, we establish short and long term goals specific to you. Is your goal to chase a child without panting? Feel your arm muscles again? Run a marathon? We will get where you want to be with time, patience and effort.
Step 3: Rebuild
This phase is my favorite! Why? Because I get to see you thrive. We will adjust your plan as you strengthen and grow
