  • Pregnancy or PostPartum Assessment + Exercises

    • A 75 minute mandatory assessment gauging your ability to breathe + move during and/or after pregnancy followed by an introduction to exercises that are catered to YOU.

  • Single Training Session (In-person or via Zoom)

    • A 60 minute session (building off of the one-time assessment) that includes exercises catered to YOU.

  • 4 or 8 Pack Training Sessions (In-person or via Zoom)

    • 4 OR 8 (60 minute) sessions (building off of the one-time assessment) that include exercises catered to YOU at a discounted rate. More bang for your buck!

The ALL-IN

Perinatal Experience

First time pregnant or pregnant mama of multiples—this package covers it ALL!

If you are confused, overwhelmed and/or worried about how your fitness and exercise will play out during this phase of life, you’re not alone! This package is designed to set you up for success from beginning to end. Not only will you establish a strong base during your pregnancy, you will gain all the tools needed in order to safely + effectively exercise during pregnancy and well after. It includes an in-home pregnancy assessment (to gauge your level of fitness and ability to breathe and move) + four in-home pregnancy training sessions as well as an in-home postpartum assessment + four in home postpartum training sessions.

The Postpartum

Cocktail

Late to the game or already had your baby—this package is for you!

Being a mom is no joke! Neither is your recovery and your re-entry to exercise. It takes education and building a strong foundation first in order to grow and become stronger after baby. This package includes an in-home postpartum assessment to gauge where you are at in your recovery, paired with four private in-home training sessions catered to you. Each session builds off of the next to ensure that you are moving in the right direction and prepped to return to your regularly scheduled fitness programming!

The Busy Lady

I want to learn more, but I just don’t have the time!

We all know as mamas, time is of the essence, so this package cuts straight to the point. It includes an in-home assessment to gauge your current physical abilities + exercises catered to you, teamed up with two private in-home training sessions making you well on your way back to doing all the exercises you love!
