Whether you are concerned about your recovery or your level of fitness in this season of life, I am here to help ease any and all concerns. Each session is 60 minutes long and takes place in the comfort of your home. Once you have completed a one-time assessment, we will come up with a game plan toward rebuilding strength in order to get you back to doing the exercises you love!
