Too Easy Tuna Salad
A super easy recipe with a secret ingredient that keeps you coming back for more!
WHAT TO BUY (serves 2-3)
2 cans of White Albacore Tuna
1/2 cup chopped yellow + red peppers (option to add celery or chopped apple or raw pecans, almonds or cashews)
1 juiced lemon
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBS Sir Kensingtons Mayo (there are multiple types - I used Avocado Oil Mayo)
Secret Ingredient: 1 TBSP honey or AGAVE (healthier/less sweet version: 1/2 TBSP)
1 tsp Borsari salt seasoning or any other everyday seasoning salts
1/4 tsp salt + pepper to taste

HOW YA DO IT
Mix all ingredients in a bowl to the texture of your liking
Option to mix in pecans or nuts of your choice
Add salt + pepper to taste
Serve on toast or a toasted english muffin (I used these GF English Muffins)
